Baker Perkins is noticing a strong demand from customers in Asia for lollipops, according to company regional sales manager Mark Sheffield.

ConfectioneryNews.com caught up with Mr Sheffield on the second day of ProSweets 2012 in Cologne Germany, where his company was exhibiting its ServoForm depositor range.

In this podcast he talks about the growing demand for sweets and hard candy in Asia and discusses Baker Perkins’ upgraded depositor that now features an automated washing system.
