Since 2006 O’Day has been executive vice president and chief operating officer at Texas-based Mannatech, an international nutritional supplement and skincare company.
Before then he was executive vice president of operations for refrigerated foods at ConAgra.
This is the second executive appointment Hershey has made recently. Javier Idrovo was last month named senior vice president of strategy and business development.
O’Day will join Hershey on 1st Decemeber.
