The ROTAMAT® continuous rotor cooking system is particularly conceived for quick and gentle cooking processes – also under vacuum – of milky masses. Usually inevitable Maillard reactions are minimized in a way that makes it possible to produce light cream candies.

With special contact-free static scrapers which avoid burns, short product residence due to a minimized system content, very high heat transfer coefficients and a modular design enabling the application of various cookers in parallel or line arrangement the ROTAMAT® forms a very special and powerful continuous rotor cooking system.
