Bonds of London has launched a new-look packaging as part of its 3-for-£1 range after seeing increasing demand for its small bag lines.

The range replaces the confectioner's old "39p" range and marks another packaging revamp after the company redesigned its Sweet Shop sharing bags in 2015.

Enlarged window

The redesigned packaging includes an enlarged window to see the product inside and improve shelf presence.

The product comes in 30 flavors, eight of which are new, including Milk Bottles, Gummy Mushrooms and Peach Rings.

Vishal Madhu, founder of Innovative Bites that acquired Bonds of London last year, said the 3-for-£1 range was designed by Bonds Innovation team.

"We decided it was time to implement change and refresh the Bonds of London product range,” he said.

We're confident the reinvigorated packaging style and flavors will hold big appeal to customers, both old and new."

Nutritional information

Madhu added, using natural flavors and colors for its sweets, the packaging carries nutrition information in an easy-to-read format, as well as portion controlled statements on the reverse to allow parents to monitor their children's eating.

Milk Bottles

Some lines within the range have been approved by the Vegetarian Society.

Bonds, established in 1895, sells 450 products across major multiples and independent retailers. Its portfolio includes old fashioned sweet jars, gift jars and traditional confectionery bags.
