Gold-Bears candy maker Haribo of America has enlisted Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide to help launch its latest product, Twin Snakes, in the US. 

Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide is a Chicago-based marketing agency, which supports companies such as Enjoy Life Foods, according to the agency’s EVP and general manager, Larry Deutsch.

The marketing agency is also helping to lead Haribo’s shopper marketing efforts, as well as supporting Gold-Bears and Sour Gold-Bears at key retailers across the US, Deutsch said. “We’re looking forward to a long, transformational partnership with Haribo.”

Haribo seeks to innovate and grow

Deutsch said his agency is very selective about the clients they choose to partner with. “We want to make sure that we align with a client culturally, to make sure we work together in a spirit of collaboration and understanding with respect to business goals and objectives.”

Vice president of consumer marketing at Haribo Erik Jaeger declined to comment on the partnership.

Haribo decided to partner with Blue Chip Marketing because it wants to innovate beyond traditional media, Deutsch said

“So we are introducing them to new channels and ideas that we are confident will lead to transforming their brand and their business,” ​he continued.
