Mondelēz International plans to roll out its Marvellous Creations range across the world and says the platform will draw in $500m in revenues by 2018.

The chocolate with candy pieces product line Marvellous Creations will be the company’s next innovation platform after Mondelez turned BelVita into a breakfast biscuit and expanded its bubbly chocolate range globally through Milka, Cadbury, Lacta and Alpen Gold.

“Marvellous Creations is the next innovation platform we are taking global…We anticipate that it will become a $500m platform for us by 2018,” said Mondelēz CEO Rosenfeld at the Consumer Analyst Group of New York (CAGNY) conference this week.

Marvellous Creations was launched in 2012 under the Cadbury brand in Australia, where it raked in $40m in sales. The platform is now present in the UK and Canada under Cadbury,  in Germany under Milka and in Russia with Alpen Gold. Marvellous Creations was also expanded to South Africa and Egypt this year.

“We expect to roll out Marvellous Creations to other countries in the coming years,” said Rosenfeld.

Will Mondelēz Distribute Their Kosher Prdts WorldWide?

Posted by Alan Ira Silver,

Many of the Mondelēz International products are kosher certified within the US & Canada so, why not share the wealth and also offer these same kosher products worldwide? I posed the company the question and it has gone on deafened ears. Surely Mondelēz's CEO wants added profits and consumers want to consume the products. So, how about a reply. Thanks.
