Available in five different models, the new Innofill (U)NMF-P filling system is designed for use in plants with a 6,000 to 12,000 bottle-per-hour capacity range.
KHS said that the system had been designed specifically with the high-volume requirements of the wine and spirits industry in mind, and that it was rugged yet easy to use, highly flexible and gentle to the product.
It is also said to have an outstanding microbiological security.
KHS said that the new Innofil filling system operated with minimum oxygen pickup, and thus helped guard against loss of product flavour.
It also reliably avoids loss of CO2 during filling, a very important aspect particularly when processing young wines with a low CO2 content, the company said.
