Rev7 gum maker Revolymer appoints new CEO
Degradable gum firm Revolymer has appointed Kevin Roger Kenneth Matthews as its new CEO.

He replaces Roger Pettman, who will leave the company.

Revolymer are makers of gum brand Rev7, which uses a novel gum base that degrades between two to three months in drains and less than two years on pavements.

Revolymer made an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange in July 2012 and raised £25m ($43m).

Matthews will join Revolymer on 1 January 2015 from pharmaceutical firm Isogenica Ltd, where he has served as CEO since 2009.
