1. Mars Wrigley releases merchandizing guidelines to drive c-store sales

2. Classic Mars and Snickers bars to include low-sugar, high-protein versions

A story from Mars UK about a reformulation of its popular Mars and Snickers bars also attracted some traction on our social media channels. David Manzini, Mars UK general manager, says that the new bars will be available in the shops in Britain next year and described the change as a ‘portfolio of the future’.

4. Hershey says it's winning in the digital space

Hershey’s announcement recently on the release of several key strategies it has been implementing to attract more online shoppers as it expects e-commerce penetration for US FMCG to reach mid-single digits in the next five years, also attracted some heat!
