Celebrity Pastry Chef and Cacao Barry Ambassador Chris Ford has launched his exclusive ButterLove&Hardwork bean-to-bar chocolate, aptly called LOVE, in time for Valentine’s Day.

Created in the Paris-based Or Noir Laboratory with Cacao Barry, LOVE is a rich 66% all-purpose chocolate couverture that satisfies both dark and milk chocolate lovers alike with tasting notes of toasted cookies, brown sugar and aromatic cocoa.

The handcrafted blend of chocolate is made from the outcomes of the Or Noir Laboratory session and uses cacao beans from Ghana and Ecuador.

This is my love letter to chocolate,” said Ford. “As a professional chef, I’ve had access to the best chocolate in the world; I wanted to create something that would give the home chef that same access, while also introducing my peers to a unique blend that celebrates the very best parts of milk and dark chocolate.”

The Or Noir Experience is tailored for chefs and made possible with the power of innovation at Barry Callebaut. Chefs have the freedom to fully express their talent by creating a unique and customized chocolate recipe from a selection of the world’s best cocoa beans.

The ButterLove&Hardwork LOVE Collection for Valentine’s Day is available at ButterLoveandHardwork.com.
