The number of confectionery launches 2012 - 2016 with a vegetarian claim grew by about 8%/year*.
Roquette offers more than 15 plant-based CLEARGUM® texturising solutions, for use alone or in lots of combinations. CLEARGUM® thin-boiling starches’ many functionalities allow all kinds of vegetarian soft treats: jelly beans, wine and hard gums, etc.
