Fondant Beater HFD III for fondant production
The newly designed Fondant Beater HFD III is appropriate for fondant production, especially for high quality fondant with very smooth and uniform crystal structure. In a modular construction it has a capacity of up to 2.000 kg/ h of fondant. The high quality of the fondant mass is achieved with the HFD III by a defined and controlled over saturation of the sugar solution. A constantly high product quality is achieved by a defined temperature controlled cooling of the rotor and the stator through an internal water loop.
