omega-3 market with new projects underway with Chinese supplement
makers and producers of infant nutrition products.

double-digit price hike for its sorbate range of additives, used
increasingly by global food developers to preserve food products
such as confectionery and baked goods.
Plans to sell German food ingredients business Nutrinova are on
hold as chemical company Celanese opts to keep the producer of
Sunett sweetener, for now.
Speciality ingredients supplier Nutrinova has designed a variety of
products to display its latest ingredients at this year's Fi Europe
show, taking place in Frankfurt in November.
New sensory research commissioned by speciality ingredients
manufacturer Nutrinova has shown that the sweetening system used in
hot tea and coffee can influence the overall taste profile of the
drink.
