The VC-4 is a basic, semi-automatic model for low cycle applications. The VC-SV-4 is a fully automatic, servo driven model. The two-station VC-4 is an ideal, affordable solution for small businesses that are taking a first step into automated filling. Its simple design features a standard two cubic foot hopper with a stainless steel upper cup pocket, a UHMW rotating disk, and a UHMW lower cup pocket. No tools are required for cleaning and the removal of changeover parts, the company said.

For higher volume cup filling applications, the company has launched the six-station, fully automatic VC-SV-4, which can fill up to 60 cups per minute. A control package consisting of an off-the-shelf PLC, a touch-screen operator interface, and a servo drive motor delivers both exceptional filling accuracy and volume adjustability. Multiple recipes can be set up and stored. The VC-SV-4 also employs a scraping system of multiple brushes to facilitate product flow.

Several options are available with the VC-SV-4. Filling weight feedback capability can be included when the machine is used with a checkweigher or a scale. A dust collection feature can also be added.

All-Fill designs, manufactures, services, and supports a complete line of machinery for powder and liquid filling. Complementary equipment includes feeding and conveying of dry products for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, as well as high-speed checkweighing equipment sold under the Alpha Checkweighers brand.
