The Balkans will be the setting for the Food Technology group show 2003 to take place in Istanbul, Turkey from 27 to 30 March 2003. The exhibition will concurrently run three separate shows: Food Technology, Food Ingredients & Additives and Foodpack.
Food Technology aims to cover a wide range of areas from food processing technologies to machinery and equipment, and from food analysis systems to refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
The food ingredients exhibition will present a wide range of products ranging from amino acids and derivatives to food dyes and organic additives.
Foodpack will concentrate on the processing and packing aspects of the industry as well as storage and distribution. The organisers claim that 175 companies from 19 different countries will exhibit together with an estimated 9000 visitors.
