ZDS Solingen organises CME seminar programme

The Confectionery Manufacturing Expo has said that ZDS Solingen,
The Central College of the German Confectionery Trade, will be
organising the seminar programme at the event in Germany, 27th to
29th April.

The show, taking place in Wiesbaden, Germany, is the only pan-European major exhibition exclusively featuring suppliers to the confectionery industry.

The ZDS is billed as the world's most prestigious training establishment for the confectionery industry. Their involvement adds to the increasing prestige of the Confectionery Manufacturing Expo (CME)​, says its organisers.

Andrea Pernot-Barry, Technical Director at The ZDS, will organise the programme, which will include sessions on manufacturing technologies and the use of ingredients in different confectionery products.

Details on the seminars will be published on the event website, in the next few weeks.

The organisers have confirmed that among exhibitors who have booked stands are Aarhus, Alcan Packaging, Alfred Wolff, Amcor Flexibles, Barry Callebaut, DuMoulin, Hans Mondomix and Symrise.
