Cadbury announces new non-executive director
Confectionery giant Cadbury has announced that Baroness Sarah Hogg will join the company as a non-executive director.
Baroness Hogg is currently chairman of 3i, one of the largest European venture capital companies, chairman of Frontier Economics Ltd, deputy chairman of the Financial Reporting Council and a non-executive director of BG Group plc.
Roger Carr, chairman of Cadbury, said, “We have strengthened the board with the appointment of an exceptional non-executive director who brings a wealth of corporate experience and expertise to Cadbury.”
