ACF accredits Barry Callebaut chocolate courses
The American Culinary Foundation (ACF) has approved 15 Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy courses as part of its chefs’ recertification process.
The ACF is the largest professional chefs’ association in North America and chefs certified by the organisation must complete 80 hours of accredited training every five years to have their certification renewed.
President of Barry Callebaut’s Americas region Massimo Garavaglia said: “Our goal is to provide an array of educational programs that are truly hands-on. From chocolate sculpting skills to emerging trends in premium chocolate desserts, food professionals who attend our courses will find the Academy to be an invaluable resource.”
Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy is situated in Chicago.
