TCP Partners acquires confectionery packager Tray-Pak
Pennsylvania-based TPC Partners has acquired a majority shareholding in packaging manufacturer, Tray-Pak Corporation.
Tray Pak is a supplier of metallized, pearlescent, coloured, tints and clear packaging materials for gourmet, novelty and seasonal confectionery.
In the first major ownership transition since Tray-Pak was founded in 1975, TCP Partners, an affiliate of Archbrook Capital Management, plans to ensure the company is positioned for continued growth in the evolving thermoforming market.
