Aust Aria has issued a recall for a product it fears may be contaminated with salmonella.
It is recalling Hod Hod Halva Shekari with Pistachio in 400g with the best before date10/09/2014, which have been on sale in independent stores in New South Wales.
People with Salmonella develop a fever, diarrhea and abdominal cramps 12 to 72 hours after being infected. Symptoms can last up to a week.
