The family company added former president and CEO of Zachary Confections, Patrick Zachary, as its director of manufacturing. Zachary announced that Enstom’s production facility in Grand Junction, Colorado, US, was now a Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level 3 Certified, accredited HACCP-Based Food Safety plant.
“Obtaining the SQF Certification is a key part to our strategic growth plan of expanding our wholesale business and continuing to explore private label and other opportunities. SQF is now the standard for doing business with industry’s high profile customers,” said Zachary.
