Founder of Dylan’s Candy Bar Dylan Lauren will be recognized for her services to the industry as the 2018 winner of the ISM award.

The daughter of fashion designer Ralph Lauren launched her shop and sales concept Dylan’s Candy Bar in 2001.

The company’s original flagship store in New York is continuously found on Top 10 attraction lists for the city and Dylan’s has since added boutiques in other US cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and East Hampton.

Dylan’s Candy Bar’s sugar confectionery brand is also sold in third-party luxury boutiques, premium hotels and department stores in the US and internationally.

Lauren will pick up the ISM Award in Cologne this month, where the world’s largest confectionery trade fair will be running from January 28 to 31.

Show organizer’s Koelnmesse began the ISM Award in 2014. Previous winners are:

2015     Felix Richterich, owner and CEO of Ricola
