Chambers was most recently the senior marketing director of PVM’s Airheads brand, and she succeeded Sylvia Buxton, who held the positon until recently - before becoming president and CEO of the company’s North America division.
“Under Rachel’s leadership, the Airheads brand sales have grown 50%,” said Buxton. “She has brought new strategic thinking and creative energy to the Airheads brand, as illustrated by the new Play More, Play Delicious brand positioning, which has been brought to life in our recent ‘Airheaded’ advertising campaign.”
Jan Heeling, who serves as CMO for PVM globally, also said: “Rachel Chambers has been recognized for her efforts in successfully bringing numerous innovations to market, including Xtremes Sourfuls, Airheads Gum, and most recently Airheads Gummies (coming January, 2019).”

On the sales side, Hamilton is an “experienced sales leader with a strong classic foundation built over the course of 27 years with Kraft Foods,” according to PVM.
His most recent title at Kraft was Customer VP of channel sales, reporting to the president of the company’s food service division, said the Mentos maker. Hamilton was responsible for the sales and customer development of club, c-store, drug, natural, e-commerce and specialty retailers. Managing a team of 80 people, he delivered more than $100m growth in sales.
Buxton said: “Through his vast experience, Dan Hamilton has accumulated a wealth of expertise. He is an accomplished, well-seasoned professional uniquely suited to elevate and accelerate our sales performance.
“Positioned to provide outstanding strategic and thought leadership, Dan will serve as an excellent member of our leadership team,” she added.
