Kezzler takes IoP technology to China
The week long programme, with HM King Harald and HM Queen Sonja of Norway, took Per Christian Myklebost, head of products, Kezzler, to Beijing and Shanghai including the Norway-China Business Summit 2018 (October 16) where the focus was ‘Pioneering Sustainable Solutions’.
Kezzler’s expertise lies in serialization, track & trace and digitilization for the Internet of Packaging (IoP).
Akselsen joined the company in April replacing Thomas Körmendi who has become CEO of Elopak Group. Prior to that she was CEO of Sweet Protection.
Kezzler currently deploys its technology across China for major brands, from food products to consumer goods, helping companies fight the multi-billion dollar counterfeiting industry and ensuring food safety.
Serialization is the process of assigning a unique identifier to individual products. This can be applied to a product or packaging through any kind of carrier, such as a human readable code, a QR code or NFC.
Consumers can also verify that the products they purchase are authentic.

Kezzler is hosting a session at the AIPIA World Congress (November 19-20) in Amsterdam on Tuesday November 20 at 10am presenting case studies on three of their biggest mass serialization projects, including the technical challenges they faced along the way.
