The Hershey Company continued to drive snacking occasions with a powerful presence at this year’s Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago.

Visitors to the company’s booth sampled new product offerings from Reese’s, Hershey’s and KitKat, as well as discovering retail insights to win over valuable shoppers.

Its new KitKat Duo bar won a best innovation award in the chocolate category, following a ‘mashup’ of two iconic flavors - mint crème on the top and dark chocolate on the bottom, all surrounding light and crispy wafers.

Hershey is also celebrating its 125th anniversary, so there was much to talk about when CN met up with Kaylee Dugan and Laura Renaud, part of the company’s communications team, for an exclusive interview at Hershey’s bustling booth, which also commanded a prime spot at the Expo.
