Lindt announces changes to its Group Management team
Swiss chocolatier and confectionery company Lindt & Sprüngli has announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Dr Jennifer Picenoni to join its Group Management as of January 2020, where her main roles will be group general counsel and corporate secretary.
Picenoni joined Lindt in 2007 as senior legal counsel. As group general counsel, she has been leading the company’s global Legal & IP affairs and compliance operation since 2014. She became corporate secretary in 2017.
The company said the new composition of its leadership team is "setting the course for continued success and stability".
