UK chocolatier launches cosmic Easter collection and offers online teaching course over the holiday season

The new Cosmic eggs are finished with hand-applied metallic powders, creating a space-like effect of star clusters and nebulae. Filled with a sun sphere egg yolk and six hidden chocolate flying saucers inside. The eggs are also available in 38% Guittard Milk and 72% Guittard Dark chocolate, in medium and large sizes.

Paul A Young’s Easter range also includes Pavé eggs available in three new flavours including Lemon and Poppy Seed White Chocolate, Popcorn and Caramelised Milk Chocolate and Single Origin Madagascan with Cornish Sea Salt; and a Truffle Collection with highlights including the Buttered Hot Cross Bun Truffle, Carrot Cake and the Spring Negroni.

During the lockdown the chocolatier's Easter collection will be available from a new online shop at paulayoung.co.uk​.

The inventive chocolatier says he has also launched a new online course teaching chocolate lovers how to make their own showstopping Easter eggs. Available via Learning with Experts​, Young’s course takes students through tempering chocolate, moulding the egg, fusing the two parts together and finally, decorating for impact.
