Stuffed Puffs rolls out new flavor and brand refresh in time for summer season
Stuffed Puffs has announced a new flavor and brand refresh as it prepares for the summer season and the eventual lifting of stay-home orders due to coronavirus restrictions.
The s’mores range will now include Chocolate-on-Chocolate, filled with real milk chocolate.
After a successful debut last summer with its original Classic Milk Chocolate, the Bethlehem PA company said it has completed a refreshed packaged look.

Fans of the classic American treat can find the latest flavor on shelves in select retailers from this month and from the brand’s digital shop at StuffedPuffs.com.
“Stuffed Puffs was born around the campfire and for good reason,” said CEO and founder, Michael Tierney, who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. “It’s taken the country by storm and we are so excited to offer Chocolate-on-Chocolate to make an old-fashioned American favorite even better.”
Stuffed Puffs has developed its own proprietary technology and manufacturing processes. The brand built its first wholly-owned manufacturing facility in 2019, with plans to open a new 150,000 square feet plant later this year to cope with demand.
In an interview with ConfectioneryNews, Tierney explained how he ingeniously solved the problem by putting the chocolate inside the marshmallow so the chocolate melts while the marshmallow toasts, creating the perfect s’more every time.
