See’s Candies partners with HR disruptor to maximise diversity hiring

See's Candies, one of the oldest confectionery companies in the US, is intensifying its efforts to diversify its recruitment policy via a new partnership with Mogul’s Talent Acquisition Platform.

Mogul, Inc., is a disruptor in the HR Tech and executive recruiting industry and its patent-pending software uses filters to help firms recruit and hire top, diverse talent in numerous ways, including by ethnicity, gender, disability status, and veteran status, without limiting search results.
