At the awards, all free-from product entries were scrutinised by a carefully curated team of judges with experts in product development, manufacturing, nutrition and allergy advocacy.
NOMO also picked up medals in the ‘Confectionery’ and ‘Child and Teen-Friendly' categories.
NOMO’s Kids Creamy Chocolate Lollies landed a gold medal for the brand as judges commented that “there was universal praise for these....” NOMO’s Giant Creamy Choco Buttons secured a bronze receiving praise for its shape and texture of the chocolate – “good colour & very smooth.”
The ‘Confectionery’ category saw the best seller of NOMO’s Easter range, the Caramel Egg & Caramel Choco Bar bag a silver medal with experts appreciating its ‘strong caramel flavour’, ‘gorgeous bar’ and ‘fantastic free from claims.’
The Giant Caramel & Sea Salt Choc Buttons brought home a bronze medal with judges impressed by its ‘good snap upon biting and good flavour profile with just the right amount of salt coming through.’
