Läderach launches luxury vegan range chocolate

The new cashew milk range has no preservatives and is also made with coconut blossom sugar instead of refined sugar. The coconut blossom sugar comes from Indonesia (organic quality), the cashew milk from Vietnam, and the cocoa beans from Ecuador and Ghana, with all product innovation led by World Chocolate Master Elias Läderach.

Operating since 1962, the family-owned brand is the largest chocolate retailer in Switzerland with over 1,300 employees and over 140 global stores.

Renowned for creating some of the freshest, highest quality, responsibly sourced artisanal chocolates in the world, its flagship artisanal chocolate comes directly from Switzerland -  including its iconic FrischSchoggi (fresh chocolate) bark and much-loved pralines, all of which is responsibly sourced, made bean-to-bar in-house, finished by hand, and brought directly to its stores worldwide.

Läderach’s new vegan chocolate collection with a specially marked ‘Vegan Taste Approved’ packaging sticker includes:

• Creamy Cashew Tablet – Pure vegan chocolate made with cashew milk and coconut blossom sugar
• Creamy Cashew Vegan Popcorn – Caramelised popcorn encased in vegan dark chocolate and creamy cashew
• FrischSchoggi Vegan Cashew - Roasted and caramelised whole cashew nuts are mixed into pure vegan chocolate made with cashew milk. Available by weight and in a small pouch combined with other Läderach vegan dark chocolate
• FrischSchoggiVegan Pouch Small – The following vegan FrischSchoggi chocolates are included: FrischSchoggi Grand Cru 70%, FrischSchoggi Almond Dark, FrischSchoggi Blackberry Dark, FrischSchoggi Cashew Vegan, FrischSchoggi Orange-Almond Dark, and FrischSchoggi Pistachio Dark.
