The luxury Swiss chocolate maker said overall sales rose to 4.97 billion Swiss francs ($5.30 billion) in 2022.
In its media release for Sales Results 2022, the Zurich-based company said last year was once again a very challenging financial year, claiming it almost met the sales threshold of CHF 5 billion.
All geographical regions contributed to the growth, in particular the countries in the ‘Rest of the World’ and ‘North America’ regions, which recorded increases of 16.6% and 15.7%, respectively
The Lindor balls maker backed its sales growth forecast for this year, despite expecting inflation to pose a challenge, and said it was "confident" of achieving an operating margin of 15% for 2022.
