Hershey Trust bows to pressure over future sale
A letter to the Pennsylvania Attorney General states that the Hershey trust will not attempt to sell its shares in Hershey Foods without seeking court approval, a move seen by sceptics as intended to avoid further legal action against the Trust's board.
