Spanish chocolate and cocoa processor Natra has expanded its range of truffles to cater to growing Asian interest in French products.
The company’s new Joyaux de France truffles are manufactured at its factory in St-Etienne.
“The expansion of the product range responds to the need to meet demand from new markets Natra expansion, and especially the Asian market, where the French chocolate is highly valued,” said the company.
Natra recently opened a sales office in Hong Kong in anticipation of a boom in Chinese chocolate consumption.
The company aims to triple its sales in the Chinese market in the next three years to €28m ($37m).
Natra ‘s truffles come in 100 g, 200 g, 250 g and 500 g boxes or bags of 100 g 200 g and 250 g.
