The award winning British chocolatier Paul.A.Young has created a new chocolate featuring California prunes for Father’s Day, which is celebrated on 17 June in the UK.
Using some of the world’s premium quality prunes, the luxury truffle features 65% Guittard Peru chocolate shell, California prune concentrate and puree blended with buttermilk and Duffy's 55% Ocumare Venezuelan milk chocolate, which is then hand rolled in prune powder, helping to stabilise the end product for an extended shelf-life.

California Prune Board’s European marketing director, Esther Ritson-Elliott said: “We are delighted that Paul has once again included our prunes in his innovative chocolate creations.
