Anything that makes you look healthy, doesn’t stick in your teeth, and doesn’t give you bad breath is on the menu as a date food, says a new survey from Cornell University.
The market for "low and light" products continued to grow in 2006,
but some consumers have started to opt instead for probiotic and
wholegrain foods, according to research published by Leatherhead
Food International.
Australia looks set to widen the definition of 'wholegrain' to
allow more foods to include this term, increasingly associated with
heart health, on their product labelling.
