Tna will be demonstrating its vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) packaging machine, the tna robag 3ci.
The robag system is designed to package at top speeds from a single tube with triple rotary jaw action for a range of confectionery products from loose sugar-coated fruit sweets to pre-wrapped chocolate-covered hazelnuts. It claims to improve performance up to 30 % in terms of output and reducing the number of rejects.
The company has simplified its robag film system with its robag auto-splice system. The auto-splice head increases packaging efficiency and product throughput by automatically switching to a new roll, reducing the need for manual intervention.
On stand, visitors can learn more about the tna robag’s add-on features, including intelli-weigh omega 0128 scale, hyper-detect metal detector and intelli-read bar code verification scanning system.
“We’re excited to be returning to ProSweets, this time showcasing our expanding capabilities in confectionery – with live product demonstrations and our brand new innovation station,” Andre Tombult, GM, Central Europe, tna.
