ISM and ProSweets Cologne wrapped up a successful four days earlier this week, showcasing a raft of new products and trends for the confectionery industry, after the one-off postponement of ISM last year.
ProSweets Cologne and ISM have lined up a strong ‘Sweet Week’ when it opens on Sunday 28 January attracting hundreds of international exhibitors showcasing at the city’s Koelnmesse exhibition centre.
Organisers Kolenmesse has declared ‘preparations are in full swing’ for this year’s ISM and ProSweets trade fair held during Sweet Week 2024 at the Cologne exhibition centre from 28 to 31 January.

Koelnmesse, organisers of the ProSweets/ISM sweets and snacks trade fair in Cologne, said its plans for a new ISM event in Japan later in the year have been postponed until 2023.
As the four-day event ends, organisers said approximately 80% of the visitors came from abroad and enjoyed ‘more time for professional exchange at a high level’.
