Brittle Bliss capitalizes on a classic
Sometimes when a craving strikes, only the original food will do – and that is what Brittle Bliss Gourmet Brittle offers: a buttery, crunchy brittle made with traditional pecans and cashews and all natural ingredients. Its original line of traditional flavors, which includes a Butter Rum and Sea Salt, appeals to older consumers reliving their childhood memories. The company also makes more trendy flavors, such as chipotle, to appeal to millennials. It is experimenting with adding dried fruit for a potential future extension, said Billy Repko, who founded the company with his wife Janet Repko.
